1. Account Control & Irreversibility

At VALLO, we respect your data autonomy and privacy rights. Users have complete, unimpeded control over their VALLO account and personal data.

You may permanently delete your VALLO account at any time directly from within the VALLO mobile application. Once initiated and confirmed via secure authentication, account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Security Notice: In strict accordance with user security standards, account deletion cannot be executed directly via an unauthenticated web button. To ensure your account is protected against unauthorized deletion attempts, deletion must be initiated securely inside the VALLO mobile app following registered email OTP verification.

2. How to Delete Your Account

Follow these simple steps inside the VALLO mobile application to request permanent account deletion:

Open the VALLO app

Launch the official VALLO mobile application on your iOS or Android device.

Go to Settings

Tap on your profile avatar or menu icon to open the main navigation panel, then select Settings.

Open the Account section

Select Account & Security Settings from the menu options.

Tap Delete Account

Scroll down to the privacy section and tap on Delete Account.

Review the warning message

Carefully read the data loss disclosure detailing the consequences of permanent account removal.

(Optional) Select a reason for leaving

Help us improve VALLO by choosing your reason for deletion, or skip this step.

Tap Continue

Confirm your intention to proceed to identity verification.

Verify your registered email using OTP

A 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) will be dispatched to your registered email address. Enter the OTP into the verification screen.

Confirm account deletion

Perform the final deletion confirmation prompt.

Account Permanently Deleted

Your account access will be revoked immediately and all associated personal data will enter the automated erasure pipeline.

Security Requirement: Email One-Time Password (OTP) verification is strictly mandatory before account deletion can be completed. This prevents accidental or unauthorized deletion of your account.

3. What Will Be Deleted

Upon confirming account deletion, the following categories of personal information and data will be permanently removed from our primary active servers:

User Profile

Name, phone number, email & avatar

Account Information

Preferences & saved parameters

Wallet Data

Wallet balance, passes & payment methods

Ride History

Trip logs, locations & route archives

Emergency Contacts

Designated SOS emergency contacts

Saved Addresses

Home, work & favorite places

Feedback & Ratings

User feedback & submitted reviews

Login Sessions

Active device connections & logs

Authentication Tokens

OAuth tokens & security keys

Legal & Regulatory Data Retention Notice: In compliance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, tax statutes, and RBI regulations, certain transaction logs, GST invoices, and financial records may be retained for statutory minimum periods exclusively for taxation, legal compliance, audit obligations, and fraud prevention purposes before complete automated purging.

4. Deletion Timeline

Account deletion progresses through distinct phases to guarantee system integrity and security:

STAGE 1

Immediately

Account access is disabled immediately.
You are automatically logged out across all devices.
New ride requests or bookings are blocked.

STAGE 2

Within a Short Period

All active login sessions are revoked.
Personal profile data enters automated deletion queues.
Third-party token authorizations are invalidated.

STAGE 3

After Completion

Your account is permanently deleted from primary databases.
Data cannot be recovered or restored.
Deletion confirmation notification is concluded.

5. Important Considerations

Please Read Before Proceeding

Account Deletion is Permanent: Once confirmed, your VALLO account and associated data cannot be recovered, un-deleted, or restored under any circumstances.

Wallet Balance Forfeiture: Any remaining VALLO Wallet balances, promotional credits, or active trip passes cannot be recovered or refunded after account deletion. Please utilize or withdraw remaining balances prior to requesting deletion.
•
Re-registration Requirement: If you wish to use VALLO in the future, you will be required to create a new account and complete registration from the beginning.
